Special Edition Chocolate is a small company in the Lincolnshire Wolds specialising in making, by hand, high quality Continental chocolate. The company was established in 1989 and has won several awards:

• 2002, Great Taste Awards for "Baileys" truffles
• 2003, a Rick Stein food hero
• 2004, Expo-2004. An International competition winning the Sugar and Confectionery category with a life-size model of a cocoa pod filled with ginger truffles and chilli truffles entitled "The Chocolate Source"
• 2005, Great Taste Award for Dark Cinnamon Chocolate 72.5% cocoa solids

Everything is made by hand with perfection as the standard. All flavours we use are natural. We do not put any nuts into any of our chocolate and our dark chocolate does not contain any milk solids.
